William J. Volonte is associated with Kim & Bae, P.C. His areas of expertise focus on complex litigation, including representing physicians and other professionals in licensing and disciplinary matters before the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners and the New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct, including allegations under the Anti-Kickback Act, claims of Medicare and Medicaid fraud, and purported deficient patient care. Mr. Volonte has also represented physicians in hospital credentialing controversies and recouping fees owed by Medicare an private insurers. Mr. Volonte has extensive counseling, litigation and negotiation experience, representing litigants in employment discrimination, whistle blower and labor arbitration matters. Mr. Volonte has also represented clients in commercial, administrative, constitutional, family, personal injury and appellate cases.

He is admitted in New Jersey and New York. He was formerly a deputy attorney general with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office and a member of Reitman Parsonnet, PC.

Mr. Volonte received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1975, and his J.D. from Seton Hall Law School in 1982. He served as an associate editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Health Lawyers’ Association, and the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy.
