Wanda Molina was born and raised in New York City. Ms. Molina received her law degree and went on to work as an attorney with the Public Defender’s Office Appellate Division handling criminal appeals in 1987.
Two and a half years later, Ms. Molina moved to New Jersey and worked for a well renowned criminal defense attorney before establishing her own general private practice with an emphasis in criminal, family, immigration and municipal court defense in 1990.
She also worked in the Domestic Violence Unit for the Legal Services of New Jersey.
In November 2001 Molina began to work as a full-time Municipal
Prosecutor for the City of Jersey City, two years prior to her appointment as Court Director.
Upon said appointment, Ms. Molina closed her private practice in 2003 and subsequently appointed to serve as Chief Municipal Court Judge in 2004. Ms. Molina is the managing attorney of Kim&Bae’s Family & Criminal law department.
