Ms. Grace S. Park is of Counsel to Kim & Bae, P.C. and has practiced immigration law since 2003.
Ms. Park is a member of the Bars of the State of New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit, U.S District Courts for the Eastern and Southern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey. Ms. Park received her Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse College of Law.
Ms. Park has been an active member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association). During her career, Ms. Park has successfully completed more than 3000 immigration cases, including Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA) and Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and has extensive experience from business related to family-sponsored visas and immigration. Ms. Park has represented multinational construction companies, automobile parts manufacturing companies, leading logistics companies, leading automobile manufacturer, boiler manufacturing/distributing company, and a pharmaceutical company in complex immigration matters. In addition, Ms. Park has abundant experience in various visas for professionals (H-1B, H-3), treaty trader/investor/essential employees (E-1 & E-2), multinational executives/managers & special knowledge employees (L1A & L1B), cultural group performers (P-3), outstanding group or solo musician (P-1, O-1), movie directors, film editors & film score composers (O-1).
Ms. Park is an active panel attorney for the Korean Radio Broadcasting (KRB) and Media Korea. She also volunteers at a local community center for preparation of naturalization applications for indigent members of the community. Her successful removal proceeding defense work was featured in Korea Times and she regularly publishes immigration law-related articles in Korean American Times.
