Adam Schneider has been a practicing attorney since 1976, and is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York, New Jersey and Florida. He received a B.A in Economics from the State University of New York, a J.D. from the University of Miami and an LLM in Taxation from New York University.

His legal experience includes comprehensive representation of a broad client base including lenders, contractors, construction managers, owners, developers, homeowner associations, design professionals, insurance carriers, corporations and individuals in all facets of litigation and non-litigation matters.

His specialization includes representation of buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through post-closing, including all contract, title and loan document reviews. He has acted as general counsel to NY and NJ Mortgage Bankers, responsible for the pre-closing clearance of files, resolution of title and other issues, and post-closing compliance with title and lender requirements. He has full familiarity with the practical requirements of successful real estate transactions in the States of both New York and New Jersey.
